Agreement of Terms *

I understand that the session fee is due at the time of session. This fee is non-refundable and non transferable.

I understand that Time Flies Photography retains the copyright to all images from the session. With the purchase of a Copyright Disc you will be given a release form allowing you to print your images for personal use. No additional edits or alterations may be done to your images.

I understand that I will receive the best images from the session to be chosen by the photographer. (Number of images varies based on session type.) Time Flies Photography is not obligated to provide any additional photographs beyond the Final Edited Images selected by the photographer.

I understand that Time Flies Photography reserves the right to use and reproduce images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website usage and print or email marketing.
